Does anyone know what activities are not permitted for YM/YW activities? I had heard that any motorized vehicles such as boating, ATVs, jet skis were not to be used. Do you know where I could find the memo from the church on this? 8)

This is the only thing I've found online:
Policies and Procedures
It has some of the policies from the 1972 "LDS Safety Manual". I think that more recent policies about safety can be found in the Handbook of Church Instructions.
