I have had a lot of callings in the church, however none in Primary. On March 25th I was called to be the First Counselor in our primary. We are a very small primary and we combine our Sharing time with the senior and junior primary. I need to do sharing time on the 8th of April and I am unsure of how to present a sharing time that will engage all age groups. I desperately need some ideas/suggestions to make this sharing time one that will keep the interest of all the children and help them to understand the theme "Jesus taught me the right way to live." I am going to have the children sing Choose the Right Way. I think handouts are very important because it gives the parents the opportunity to reinforce the principle that was taught during sharing time. Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated. I am a bit overwhelmed at this point. In my profession I am a trainer, however appealling to young children will definitely be a challenge. Help.
