Help on the Help Please section on left hand side

I have been in on your site all afternoon browsing. Everytime I come in now and I try to get up to page 40 I get stuck on page 21-25. When I click on the page or next it takes me to a page but not able to scan to the next page. I think I in a loop. Please help.
