we are planning a dance and would like to use dance cards. We have never used dance cards and need some ideas as to what is included on them, what they look like, etc.

Firemen's Dance Card from 1911 - This card is fun because in addition to the dances, it has information on the people throwing the dance. It serves as a combination dance card and program.
